Privacy Policy — Ever41

1. Who we are and what Ever41 is
Ever41 is an iOS app developed by Gabriel Vaz (Salvador, Bahia, Brazil) that delivers 41 validated longevity micro-habits in a daily plan personalized by a short quiz.
This Policy describes exactly what data the app processes, where it is sent, and how you can control it.
2. Health data (Apple Health)
With your explicit authorization, Ever41 requests READ access to the following HealthKit types: steps, sleep, active calories, exercise minutes, and heart rate.
Ever41 does NOT write data back to Apple Health. The write permission is requested only because iOS's HealthKit framework requires both (read + write) when the capability is enabled — but the app performs no writes.
Health data is processed locally on your iPhone to compute daily suggestions. In compliance with App Store Review Guideline 5.1.3, we never use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing or sharing with third parties.
You can revoke permission at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Ever41.
3. Quiz and user profile
During onboarding, the app runs a 7-question quiz (health goals, preferences, restrictions). Answers are stored locally via SwiftData and never leave your iPhone.
We do not send your answers to any server. The daily plan is generated locally by the app's `PlanGenerator`.
4. Data the app does NOT collect
No signup, no login, no server-side profile.
No third-party analytics (PostHog, Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics). PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy declares `NSPrivacyTracking = false`.
No proprietary server. No backend.
No external dependencies — everything is Apple framework (SwiftUI, SwiftData, HealthKit, StoreKit, UserNotifications).
5. In-app purchases
Ever41 offers a Premium tier processed by Apple via StoreKit. Prices, trial periods and renewal terms are shown before purchase inside the app.
Apple manages billing, renewal, refunds and cancellation. We do not receive credit card numbers, banking data, full name or billing address.
To cancel: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone. A `Restore purchases` action is available inside the app, in compliance with App Store Review Guideline 3.1.1.
Refunds are requested directly from Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Permissions requested
Apple Health (read): to compute habit suggestions from your data.
Local notifications (optional): for daily reminders at the chosen time. Configurable in Settings > Notifications > Ever41.
7. Important medical disclaimer
The suggested habits and any score displayed are informational only. They DO NOT substitute medical diagnosis, treatment or professional advice.
In compliance with App Store Review Guideline 1.4.1, Ever41 is not a medical device. For clinical decisions, consult a licensed healthcare professional.
8. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or third parties.
Sub-processors: only Apple (HealthKit, StoreKit, Apple ID authentication and payment processing). Apple operates under its own Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).
9. Your rights (LGPD / GDPR)
Since we do not collect any personally identifiable data, there is no server-side record to correct, port or delete. Your local data can be erased by uninstalling the app or via the `Erase all` option in Settings.

10. Children
Ever41 is not directed at children under 13. Expected App Store age rating: 17+ due to health/longevity content.
