Terms of Use — Promptly

Last updated: May 17, 2026.

  1. 1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using "Promptly" you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

These Terms complement — and never replace — the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/). In case of conflict, Apple's terms prevail.

  2. 2. License

Gabriel Vaz grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable license to use Promptly on Apple devices under your control, under Apple's standard EULA.

You may not redistribute, decompile, reverse engineer, sublicense or create derivative works, except where permitted by law.

  3. 3. Minimum age

You represent that you are at least 13 years old or the minimum age required by the App Store in your region, whichever is greater. Minors must use the app under the supervision of a legal guardian.

  4. 4. Your content and recording responsibility

The scripts and videos you create are yours and stay under your control, on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up that content.

You are responsible for recording and publishing in compliance with the law: obtain consent from people appearing in your videos where required, respect copyright, image and privacy rights, and do not use the app for illegal, defamatory, abusive content or content that infringes third-party rights.

  5. 5. Assistive nature of AI

The AI features are assistive and may produce inaccurate, incomplete or contextually inappropriate suggestions. Always review the text before recording or publishing.

Gabriel Vaz is not responsible for content generated or adjusted by the AI, nor for decisions made based on it.

  6. 6. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

Promptly is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gabriel Vaz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of content, recordings or opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded under Brazilian law, in particular the Consumer Defense Code.

  7. 7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, venue of Salvador, Bahia, except where consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
